The staff were very nice and receptive to our requests for support The laundry facility was nice, however, one of the two washers was out of order the two weeks we stayed. Was not a problem as the one other machine worked great. The room required some cleaning to make it better. There was a water leak that had the hallway floor wet for the two weeks we stayed .

I absolutely Love how clean it is.. especially since you allow pets. The shower has decent pressure (at least room 224 does.. Can't speak for the other rooms). No roaches, torn up beds, walls, doors, etc. It's Very Affordable and allowing pets in with no additional charge exceeded my expectations. I already booked another stay! I Love this place!

I like that it was close to most river enterances it was 8 minutes to 5 minutes from any river great for swimming we mostly stayed the night to sleep the rest of the day we were out on the water really close to Schlitterbahn too.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Debbie and Lisa are great. The room was big and clean. The pool was working, nice and clean. If we needed something, staff was there to help. Definitely go again.
